10 Journal Prompts For Your Soul
None of my thoughts or opinions this week, just journal prompts for you to explore on your own. Enjoy:)
a) When do you feel most alive? (Who are you with? What are you doing?) b) How can aspects of that activity/place/people be brought with you into every day life?
a) Are you being seen? Who in your life sees you and what qualities do you want others to see within you? b) Why are those qualities important for you to have others notice?
What/Who/Where does your inner child come to life? Can you do/see/go that more?
a) What is an uncomfortable emotion for you to feel? Why is it uncomfortable? b) Who/what are you avoiding by not wanting to feel this emotion?
What are non-negotiables for you? ( In work, relationships, self, etc)
What does success mean to you? How does this definition deviate from the societal norm definition of success?
Define your 'lane'. Where in life do you feel like you are 'swerving' into others lanes and how can you get back in your own?
What is something/who is someone that is holding you back from living your most authentic self? How can you have a healthy breakup with that thing/person?
What part of your life needs more attention? How can you make time to give it the attention it needs?
What is a feeling that doesn't exist for me? Where can I feel it/how can I chase it?
And last but not least, my fave question for any travellers out there who find themselves a little lost upon returning home from a trip:
What parts of me felt nurtured while traveling and how can those feelings and experiences be brought home and applied into our every day life?
If you are a wonder seeker and an adventurer we may feel as though we have to run and continue to move around to fulfil that wanderlust part of ourselves- but how can we bring that spark and curiosity into our every day lives.
I'm going to enjoy finding the answers to these questions! :)
